Office Manager
Hi, my name is Vicky and I joined Grin Pediatric Dentistry in 2017. I attended the University of North Texas where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in business and personnel administration. I have 20 years of management experience in healthcare and information technology. I enjoy helping our staff grow and visiting with patients and parents.
My husband Steve and I enjoy spending time outdoors, being with family, and most of all our granddaughter. I also enjoy flower gardening and researching our family genealogy.

Financial Coordinator / Supervisor
Hi, my name is Carla. I joined the Grin team in February 2017 and couldn’t be happier to join such a magnificent team. I have nine years of dental experience and continue to acquire new skills every day. My main responsibilities include billing, insurance claims, and appeals.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two beautiful children, along with family and friends.

Scheduling Coordinator
Hello, and welcome to Grin Pediatric Dentistry! I am our scheduling coordinator, so I’ll be the one to welcome you into the office and book your future visits. I’ve worked in dentistry for more than seven years, having graduated from Blake Austin College in Vacaville, California. Since joining the Grin team, my coworkers have become like family—so fun and loving. Dr. Ryan is such a great doctor; he loves his patients and values his team!
In my spare time, I love going to the movies and spend time with my family.

Front Desk Coordinator
Hello, my name is Desirae and I have worked in the dental field for two years. I am your greeter, I love learning everyone's faces and watching everyone grow up right before my eyes! I feel so blessed to work with Dr. Ryan and the Grin Team!
In my spare time you can find me hanging with my siblings or stepson. I always seem to have one of them by my side exploring the outdoors or watching the latest movie.

Clinical Coordinator / Registered Dental Assistant
Hi, My name is Whitney! I joined the Grin team in March 2011, and love being a dental assistant here at Grin! I feel so blessed to have gained such positive, fun relationships with our patients over the years. Love this office and team so much!
In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband Zachary, and our two kiddos Henry and Sadie. We love to play outside and watch movies.

Hello, my name is Julissa, and I have worked in the dentistry field for ten years. Working at Grin is such a privilege and pleasure. I enjoy getting to watch our kids grow into healthy happy and successful adolescents, knowing they will remember having a great experience at the dentist!
I am happily married with three children. I love spending my free time outdoors with my kids, shopping, and watching Netflix.

Hi! My name is Briana! I've worked in the dental field for 2 years. I'm a dental assistant here at Grin. I love spending time with the kids and teaching them about their teeth! Dr. Ryan and the whole team make this place so much fun and I enjoy working here each and everyday!
In my free time I enjoy traveling, painting, spending time with loved ones, and watching movies.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Lauren, and I have been at Grin since October 2016. I am a licensed dental hygienist, having grown up here in Texas. I attended Hawaii Pacific University, where I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Business Management. I moved to the Dallas area in 2011 and completed the dental hygiene program at the TCCC, earning my Associate of Science degree. I love working with kids, educating them on proper oral hygiene and making dirty teeth clean!
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, yoga, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Taylor
Registered Dental Hygienist
Welcome, I’m Taylor, one of our dental hygienists. Patient care and interaction are what I look forward to most on a day-to-day basis. I have a true passion for the pediatric field. Gaining trust and developing relationships with my patients is by far my favorite part of my job. Grin has been such an AMAZING office to work in, and I know you and your child will love it too!
I married the man of my dreams in Jamaica in January 2020. We have two large dogs, Diesel, and Dixie. We enjoy traveling, seeing live music, fishing on the lake, and spending time with family and friends. My favorite thing to do is play with my dogs and spend time with my nieces, Abby and Kinsley.
