We are pleased to welcome you and your family to our pediatric dental practice. We are committed to providing the highest standards of dental care for your family. We will strive to make your child's dental experience as positive and pleasant as possible. Below is an explanation of our payment procedures that may help you with questions you may have.
- Payment is due when treatment is rendered. If there is dental insurance involved, we are more than happy to file your claim for you. Accurate and current dental insurance information is required.
- Following the payment by insurance companies, any unpaid balance is your financial responsibility. We do consider financial arrangements to settle any unpaid balance.
- Late fees can be assessed for delinquent accounts. A missed/broken appointment fee may be applied at our discretion if an alert is disregarded. A non-sufficient funds (NSF) charge will be assessed for all returned checks.
- For accounts that require the help of a collection agency, or reflect a history of financial neglect, payment will be required as service is rendered whether or not dental insurance is involved.
- We do not negotiate financial and personal issues that are the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians, such as in cases of divorce. The parent who signs the financial responsibility contract is the responsible party.
- A financial responsibility contract must be signed before treatment will be rendered.
