Kathi - Office Manager

Hi, my name is Kathi. I have been working with Dr. Ryan at Grin since 2004 as the Office Manager. I oversee the daily operations of our office as well as the human resources. My goal is to ensure that each visit to Grin is WONDERFUL! I am a native of California but have lived in Texas for 18 years. I am married, have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family, dancing and a good laugh. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns about our office that you may have.

Amanda - Dental Hygienist

Hi, my name is Amanda and I am a dental hygienist for Dr. Ryan. I have worked at Grin since 2005 and have practiced dental hygiene since 2003. I am originally from Wichita Falls, TX, and attended MSU where I received a BS in dental hygiene. After graduation, I moved to the metroplex to pursue my career in the field of dentistry. I love my job at Grin because I get to work with our awesome team who is very much like family to me, and because of our patients, who I feel are the best of the best. I enjoy working with Dr. Ryan because he is open, honest and treats every child as he would his own. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Logan, my son Cole, my daughter Charlie, my two dogs, and getting outdoors as much as possible

Kate - Dental Hygienist                                                                                  

Hi, my name is Kate and I'm a dental hygienist at Grin. I graduated from BCD-Caruth School of Dental Hygiene with a bachelor of science in dental hygiene. I have worked with Dr. Ryan since 2006 as a seasonal dental assistant. I enjoy working at Grin because of our amazing team! I am currently an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Texas Dental Hygiene Association, and the Dallas Dental Hygiene Society. In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and friends, and being outdoors with my two puppies, Maddie and Liberty.

Belinda - Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Belinda. I have been a pediatric dental assistant since 2002 and have been part of the Grin team since 2004. The best part of my job is interacting with the kids because they truly bring a smile to my face. I am happily married with two daughters and a dog. In my spare time I love to have family and friends at my house and go out to the movies.

Lindsey - Dental Assistant

Hi, I am Lindsey and I have been part of the Grin team as a dental assistant since December 2006. Knowing that I can make an impact on a child's life is one of the many things I look forward to each day. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, my boyfriend Ryan, and our son Gracyn.

Brittney - Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Brittney. I joined the Grin team in May 2009 as the front desk receptionist. I grew up in Washington State, completed my undergraduate degree at Howard University in Washington D.C., and now permanently reside here in Dallas, Texas. I am proud to be a part of the Grin team and thoroughly enjoy greeting and getting to know all of our patients.

Whitney - Dental Assistant   

Hi, I'm Whitney!  I'm a dental assistant at Grin Pediatric. I joined the Grin team in March 2011, and I am loving every moment of it. I am so lucky to be a part of such an awesome team. It is great getting to work with children everyday, our patients are the best! In my free time I love to hang out with my family and friends, go to the movies, and be outside enjoying the sunshine.

Luisa - Scheduling Coordinator

Hi, my name is Luisa.  I am the scheduling coordinator for Grin. I have been part of the Grin team since April of 2005. Although finding the perfect appointment time for all of our patients can be challenging, it allows me to deal with our patients and parents on a personal level--this is the most rewarding part of my job!  When not at work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends.

Mychal - Front Desk
Receptionist  

Hi, I'm Mychal!  I am the front desk receptionist for Grin, which I joined in March 2011. I really enjoy getting to work with such a great team. In my spare time I love spending time with my fiance Albert, my daughters Taryn and Jazmyn, son Devyn, and our dog Charley.  I also like to spend time outdoors and go to the lake.

Stephanie - Financial & Insurance Coordinator

Hi my name is Stephanie.  I have worked with Grin Pediatric Dentistry since 2002 and it is a great place to work. My primary responsibility is to track and collect the production for the practice which includes billing, insurance claims and appeals. I set up financial arrangements and assist our family of patients whenever possible with their questions and concerns that naturally occur when accepting the financial responsibility for dental care. In my spare time I like to travel and spend time at the beach.

Ashley - Public Relations
Coordinator

I was born and raised in North Dallas, but after traveling to San Marcos for college, I quickly fell in love with adventure and traveling.  I recently moved back from the coast where I discovered my passion for water sports and running.  My number one goal right now is to qualify for and run the Boston Marathon!  I have an obsession with sports-Go Mavs! Go Cowboys! Go Rangers! Hook 'Em Horns!  I enjoy my job beacause I get to put my creativity, "outside-the-box" thinking and love for social media to use.
